The Zoning Board of Adjustment consists of seven (7) regular members and two (2) alternate members. The Zoning Board generally meets on the fourth Thursday of each month. The members of the Zoning Board are appointed by the Borough Council. The Zoning Board is established in accordance with Ordinance 16-2 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Borough of West Long Branch. Members of the Zoning Board are considered "local government officers" pursuant to the Local Government Ethics Law and are subject to its terms, including the requirement if filing a financial disclosure statement.
