Steven Cioffi is a life-long resident of West Long Branch and was elected to the Borough Council in November 2006. He is Chairman of the Public Works Committee and also serves on the following committees: Finance, Public Property, Ordinance Review, and Shore Regional High School Liaison.
Prior to winning his first council seat with his running mates, Councilwoman Barbara Ruane and Mayor Janet Tucci, Steven served as Chairman to the Environmental /Shade Commission, member of Recreation Committee and was a member of the Planning Board.
Steven is employed as a Detective/Lt with the Monmouth Park Race Track. Steven’s community involvement consists of his past membership in the West Long Branch Fire & First Aid Squad, and he currently volunteers as the Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator for the Borough.
