Field Reservations for Sports Teams

To apply for a field permit to reserve a field for your sports team, please complete the below application form. A completed application and proof of liability insurance is required to reserve any field. The application and proof of insurance can be submitted in person at Borough Hall or via email to admin@westlongbranch.org for consideration.
