Councilman Stephen A. Bray grew up in Oceanport and graduated from Shore Regional.  He has been a West Long Branch resident since 2006 and a lifelong member of the Lutheran Church of the Reformation on the corner of Broadway and Locust Avenue.

Mr. Bray is Chief Executive Officer of KMB Design Group, a national engineering firm headquartered in Wall, NJ.  Mr. Bray has a BS and MS in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers and a Masters of Business Administration from Monmouth University and is a licensed professional engineer in 50 states.  He also serves on Industrial Advisory Board for the Rutgers School of Engineering and the Monmouth University School of Education’s Dean’s Advisory Council.

He and his wife Kerry and their four children live on Community Drive.

Current Roles with Council:  Finance and Administration Committee (Chair), Police Committee, Fire and EMS Committee, Planning Board Representative, and Local School Liaison Committee.

Current Term of Office:  01/01/23 — 12/31/25.
