NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

PLANNING BOARD

BOROUGH OF WEST LONG BRANCH

The Planning Board (“Board”) of the Borough of West Long Branch will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 7:00 PM, in the Council Meeting Room, Borough Hall, 965 Broadway, West Long Branch, N.J. This meeting is open to the public. This meeting is scheduled to address the Agenda of the Planning Board’s regular meeting previously scheduled for Tuesday, November 8, 2022, which meeting needed to be rescheduled insofar as November 8 is Election Day.

The application of RMH Select Properties, seeking Minor Subdivision approval and any necessary related relief, for the premises known as 10 Throckmorton Avenue (Block 76, Lots 28, 29, 30, & 31), West Long Branch, N.J., is listed on the agenda for a hearing. The Board may also consider at said meeting, such other matters as may properly come before the Board. Formal action may be taken.
