Vital Records Certified Copies

Certified copies of the following can be obtained in the office or via mail by completing the application for a non-genealogical certified copy of a vital statistic, providing valid, photo ID, and payment for the certified copies.

Certified copies are $10.00 each, payable by cash or check only.
