Tax Collector

About Us:

The Tax Collector is charged with performance of the Tax Office responsibilities in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Responsibilities of the Tax Collector include the preparation and mailing of tax bills, collection of taxes levied through delinquency management and tax sale, and the maintenance of tax collection accounting records.  The Tax Collector receives and collects all current and delinquent taxes, penalties, and interest according to law.

Secondary duties include the responsibilities of the Tax Search Officer, ascertaining and certifying the tax liabilities of specific properties.
